"Conscious Nutrition" by Tony Samara

"Conscious Nutrition" by Tony Samara

A wonderful way to support and encourage greater balance and peace in your life is to be more aware of the subtle, yet profound ways that food is affecting us and the world every day, on a physical, mental and emotional level.

For example, eating heavy, dense food can leave us feeling heavy and dense.

Eating more light and vibrant foods encourage us to feel light and more vibrant!

We make life much easier for ourselves on all levels when we give our body optimum foods that require a minimum of effort to digest whilst giving maximum possible nutrition and life-force.

The subject of nutrition is not simply a question of the food we eat at meals.

Besides nutrients, foods contain scents, colours and invisible particles that attract pure light, light that is so essential for our joyful life and well-being.

The choices we make are thus of great significance.

The difference between flesh-based and vegetarian foods lies in the amount of sunlight they contain.

Fruits and vegetables are so steeped in sunlight, that one could say they are a condensed form of light.

In order to develop the qualities of the heart, besides eating peacefully, consider eating consciously.

This means bringing in more light by eating foods full of concentrated light.

These foods contain the beautiful sounds that connect our hearts to the rhythms and invisible aspects of the Universe.

Your future depends on how you eat and what you eat.

Focusing on organic fresh fruits and vegetables that are in season is a way to connect to Nature and it's rhythms and cycles so that one may be in harmony with it.

Nature is an omnipresent guide and a reference to how human beings can live harmoniously on the planet.

OPTIMUM FOODS

All fresh, ripe fruit and vegetables (raw and local is ideal)

Sprouted seeds, grains and beans (e.g. sunflower seeds, quinoa, mung beans)

Sea Vegetables (e.g. spirulina, dulse, wakame, nori)

Superfoods (e.g. hemp seeds, goji berries, wheatgrass)

Cultured Foods (e.g. sauerkraut, tempeh, kefir)

Such a diet would exclude foods that deplete the body of light such as meat, fish, poultry, eggs and refined foods such as white sugar, white flour, deep frozen and/or processed foods.

Food manufacture is one of the most water intensive activities in the world and it takes far less water to produce plants than meat. A vegetarian diet helps to decrease water consumption and pollution.

The vast amount of land used to raise animals is causing environmental problems such as habitat destruction and

deforestation. Going vegetarian will halve the land-use of your diet.

Your body is your temple and every action within the temple, done with conscious intention, creates a more harmonious outcome.

The secret to opening the treasure-house of food, is the love and compassion attained within your consciousness.

The treasure is the sun, condensed into particles, which we can send to all the centres in our bodies.

By choosing your foods consciously you break the cycle of action and reaction.

You become light in the world - dissolving unconsciousness in the light of y our new way of eating.

You become a reflection of consciousness in a most pure form.

Thank you for your consideration.

Conscious Relationships, by Tony Samara

Posted by Tony on Thursday, July 29th, 2010 5:30 PM

“From the moment we are born, the most important aspect of life becomes relationship. Relationship is central for survival and for a sense of belonging and well-being. To understand relationship is to understand that this is what makes us human.

In the beginning we learn to relate to what is closest and most dear to our hearts and this is the love that a mother has for her child. We understand that relationship is an expression of love, a sharing of love and a communication of love.

Most of us forget this core aspect of relationship, as unfortunately our mothers are human and even though deep inside there is love the mundane and practical expression of this gets distorted and the child begins to need love rather than express love.

This sense of neediness is what our society has condoned as normal and acceptable. Hence it is difficult to see this neediness as it is such a core aspect of how we see the world.

A child gets frustrated when the mother needs time to focus on other things than the relationship to the child. This creates even more need and so the relationship becomes distorted and as the child grows older this distortion carries on to the relationship he/she has with friends and ultimately with the relationship he/she has with their partner.

I see the world today as suffering from a lack of conscious relationship and full of what I term 'needy' relationship. I see this as the cause of many worldwide problems that aren't always attributed directly to this issue.

Over the next months I will be working with conscious relationship in order to help this to be easily put into practice. Let us embrace conscious relationship in all its aspects so that we can release this neediness and allow our lives to become filled with love.”

The above includes an excerpt from “Different Yet the Same” a new book from Tony Samara due to be published later in 2009.

Joyous Communication, by Tony Samara

Posted by Tony on Thursday, July 29th, 2010 5:29 PM

“I have recently been asked some very interesting questions which are wonderful to meditate upon.

The questions are: “How can I honestly express myself when I fear that others will think less of me? How can I be true to my heart when I fear the reactions of the person that I would like to be able to be truthful to?

As we are meeting with many people familiar and unfamiliar this is a perfect time to be conscious of a new way of dealing with old situations that no longer serve a purpose.

There is no purpose in creating fear or anger within yourself or in others. There is no purpose in bringing your heart to a space where joy and light fade into the mundane disappointments and disillusionments that are inevitable when we go down a well-trodden path that leads to nowhere.

There is a purpose though to practice what it means to be free and conscious. The purpose being that we give less of who we are to the old and move forward to a space that is uniquely in this moment by focusing on the joy and freedom of what it means to be conscious. Conscious of the parts of yourself that make you uniquely human and more. Conscious of the parts of yourself that celebrate this moment in a completely free way.

We need to be clear that the burden of the old no longer needs to be our paradigm but rather the birth of the new light that is forever inside of our hearts. This will make everyone joyous and change the structure of the situation that is causing the sense of confrontation.

In a practical sense, once this thought is brought into the light of your consciousness there are a few steps that are easy to practice to make this a reality in all the different situations. The situations that as human beings we find ourselves in and are challenged to make visible our unique truth in each moment.

Some people do not like confrontation. Some people do not like it when people confront them or when there is a situation which requires a confrontation as the best way to proceed. Some people prefer to run away from the issues requiring confrontation.

Instead of looking at confrontation as an issue that will cause pain and thus continue to practice the method of avoiding the issue, why not utilise your heartfelt communication in a new way.

Take a deep breath. Relax all the muscles in the body and focus on the love and consciousness that comes from the space of being in this moment. Choose this harmonious consciousness rather than getting caught up in the idea of pain. The pain is simply based on belief systems from the past and ideas of possible painful futures rather than the unique presence of this actual moment.

Joyous communication is the way.

With every aspect of your communication, rather than bring in the pain of the past or the fear of the future, express the joy of what it means to be able to move through this wonderful lesson to a space that brings you closer to the joy of being in deep communication with another wonderful human being.

Instead of pretending nothing is wrong or escaping into your old pattern and belief systems, which often blows things out of proportion as your pain is projected onto the pain that you feel this communication is causing, there are some easy steps you can take to transcend rather than try to resolve the issue.

The first step is to completely come into your center and not to utter any words until you have taken a few deep breaths and calmed your body into a normal, relaxed state. Take a few moments to analyse what it is that your body is actually feeling in this moment. Especially the shoulders, the jaws, the thighs, the mouth. If they are not relaxed, take a few more moments to consciously feel that these parts of your body are flowing with the warm sensation of love.

The next step is to observe what the communication is really about. Most of us get caught up in the feelings that are triggered by a communication and hence communicate from the feelings that are triggered rather than the actual communication that may help transcend the block. This is called projection and hence what we are asking the people we are communicating with is for them to react to our projection. Then we can continue a vicious circle of understanding our pain rather than finding freedom and consciousness in the situation that truly requires this.

When you continue the process of joyous communication you are more easily able to evaluate clearly what is going on, what is happening, and hence comprehend what is actually affecting the behaviours and conditions creating the situation that is not bringing you joy.

It is important to differentiate the pain from the past or from the future or from the expectations of the future and remain an observer. This means dropping criticism, judgement, subtle provocations and sarcasms, blaming, causing pain or whatever mechanisms whereby you, the observer, becomes the pain.

When you are in this free space of observation notice how you feel. Notice the feeling that is free from projection and is simply discerning the situation from a conscious space. Discernment does not come from feeling but rather from compassion and love that are embracing and expansive no matter what the situation is.

From this space we can create thinking that becomes more intelligent and is more able to express our deeper communications which always contain love, compassion, joy and kindness.

Connect with this depth of consciousness in your communication and trust. Deeply understand that all your needs will be met from this space in relation to what is happening and how you are feeling.

Express what you want from this depth rather than what you don't want. Affirm in a positive way that what you want is a reality that you trust and know to be possible rather than affirming the blocks and projections in yourself or in other people that confrontational communication thrives on.

Make sure that your affirmations are not demands either crude or subtle. Make sure that you do not create a sense of guilt, fear, shame, insecurity but rather that your affirmations create a space of open embracement that allow for yourself and others to feel the joy of this communication.

Make sure that your communication gives rather than takes. Giving only comes from a space of abundance and consciousness. Part of giving is being able to listen. Giving yourself the gift of listening is giving yourself opportunities that only come when we are able to hear the wisdom not only in ourselves but in all that is around helping us to grow into this sense of oneness and joy.

What a wonderful reality to affirm in all our communications so that every aspect of life becomes more real, more human and more full of compassion for ourselves and all living beings.”

Why Witch Hazel?

Posted by ALISON on Wednesday, July 28th, 2010 1:19 PM

Wouldn’t it be great to find a skincare ingredient that cleanses, tones and soothes, leaving even oily or combination skin perfectly balanced, soft and healthy looking, and is completely natural? Witch skincare have been using this natural ingredient for over 40 years, in all their products. It’s no big secret: simply Witch Hazel.

The witch hazel plant is a deciduous fork-branched shrub with yellow flowers. Hamamelis virginiana is the common variety native to North America. The generic name, Hamamelis (“fruit” and “together”) is derived from the plant’s characteristic of producing flowers at the same time as the previous year’s fruits are maturing and dispersing seed. The plant has a long medicinal history, having been used to treat a variety of conditions from bruises to sore throats. It also has uses as a haemorrhoid treatment and for treating varicose veins and inflamed gums. Interestingly, the branches and twigs were formerly used as a divining rod (‘witch’ or ‘wych’ is an old English term for pliant branches).

Witch hazel has disinfectant properties. Use on the skin in products such as Witch’s Oil Control Foaming Face Wash can reduce the bacteria there, helping to prevent inflammation and the formation of acne.

The tannin content in witch hazel has strong astringent as well as antioxidant properties. Antioxidants help maintain normal skin renewal and encourage the natural cycle of skin replenishment. Astringency means that it tightens the skin when applied which helps to reduce re-infection and inflammation. It closes damaged skin and therefore encourages healing. These astringent properties are cleansing to the skin, while minimizing the size of skin pores ,and combine well with tiny micro-granules in the Witch Gentle Exfoliating Face Wash, for a deep cleanse of your pores.

Unlike many harsh commercial acne formulations, Witch wipes are gentle and non-drying when used to tone and cleanse acne-infected or acne-prone skin. The Witch Blemish Pen reduces irritation on skin and surface tissue by means of a numbing effect that it has when applied. Furthermore, it helps to prevent any further infection from occurring. Many acne treatments can irritate the skin, causing soreness, inflammation and dryness. Witch hazel, being a natural product, is well suited for skincare products, because it does not disrupt the pH of the skin, which tends to cause irritation.

If, like me, you have problem skin, it’s worth turning to Mother Nature for a natural solution; give witch hazel a try.

Teaching Children Meditation

Posted by Feel Good Therapies Ltd on Tuesday, July 27th, 2010 2:44 PM

I have been teaching children meditation for a while now, have written a book (though need to find a publisher) and decided to start running a course for adults on to teach simple methods to children.

What I find is that children are actually easier to teach than adults!  Adults find that their logical mind puts up a fight.  They want to use their imagination but they are so accustomed to using their logical mind that it is a struggle!  Children are easy (usually) so if i ask them to imagine they are in a garden, then they do this - no questions asked.

The other interesting point i find is that when the adults calm down, so do the children.  In fact I believe that children really are just responding to their environment (including the stress of adults around them) .... they just don't hold back.  We've all walked into a room at some point in our life and thought "could cut the atmosphere with a knife".  Children are even more sensitive but they don't keep quiet - they react strongly to this.  So the more we realise that we have to calm down, the more our children will respond.

If you have any thoughts on this, please let me know.   Or you can find out more about what we do...

Peace of mind when looking for a good therapist

Posted by Chris on Wednesday, July 21st, 2010 7:42 PM

We are always telling prospective clients to do their homework and check the therapist advertising is qualified in the discipline they are offering their services in. The best way we are told of doing this is to check they are a member of the organisation of their therapy or an umbrella organisation such as the fht.

In general I would go along with this and it is certainly a step towards ensuring the chosen therapist has gone through the required training in their field.

However, although at gives evidence of training and being qualified, it does not tell you if they are a good or even competent therapist.

I took a course in a therapy alongside a friend. She admits herself that she does not have a memory for detail and not at all precise in her practice. On the practical exam there were a dozen or so couches with one invigilator standing on a mezzanine floor watching over us all with the obvious inability to see if all the moves were being performed correctly. My friend has since started her own practice and gone on to do an 'advanced' version of the therapy and joined their governing body. This body, quite rightly, requires you to have appropriate insurance and a valid first aid certificate. The annual renewal is done automatically and as such for two years this therapist had no insurance - she overlooked it rather than not taking it out deliberately but the fact still remains, this therapist had no insurance. On the 'advanced' course the original therapy techniques were in her words 'thrown out of the window' and you were encouraged to mix it up a little. My friend has taken all this a step further and has decided to 'do her own thing'. As we trained together she feels she wants to treat me whenever I have any aches or pains. However, I am loath to let her touch me as for one she does the original moves in the wrong place on the body and secondly she likes to 'have a play' as she likes to put it doing her own thing. She has no idea what ligament, tendon or gland she is working over and what the effect it may have. The 'home made' moves she does are extremely painful to the point of bringing tears to my eyes. she tried to help me recently with a neck problem and after a few painful moves I had to tell her to stop as it was too painful. Her answer was 'it is supposed to be painful'!!!! I almost lost our friendship when I replied 'NO IT SHOULDN'T'

I consider myself to be a perfectionist especially when it comes to the therapies I have trained in and take great pride in being precise and am a stickler to detail.

I am not with the governing body of the therapy I trained in with this friend but with the fht as I am qualified in several therapies and would not be cost effective to join every board of every therapy discipline.

But, if you were looking for a therapist of this particular therapy and went to their web page then you would presume you are getting the best, experienced and good therapists. HOW WRONG WOULD YOU BE.

What also annoys me is the fact that should I decide to start up a business locally doing this particular therapy, there would be a lot of local people not wanting to know as their last experience with their therapist was very painful.

What better recommendation than word of mouth but it is a double edged sword and if you give bad service and a bad treatment word of mouth can destroy your business.

Support Women in Business - CalicoCow

Posted by ALISON on Tuesday, July 20th, 2010 9:26 PM

Welcome to the first in a series celebrating women who run their own businesses. In this series, I am pleased to encourage you to Sock It To The Man by supporting small businesses, not large corporations, and buying locally rather than from multinationals.

CalicoCow is one such business, creating quirky textile canvasses hand-made by Jane, of A.Jay P.Designs, that can be customised and personalised to match the occasion - whether it be a new arrival, an anniversary or a wedding  (or simply the decor). Visiting Jane's website is like browsing through a textile gallery, with the added bonus of being able to buy from your armchair. Just when you think you've made up your mind to go for the Farm Felt Hangings, you spot a Patchwork Zoo Set - and the whole decision-making process starts again.

What struck me when I first encountered CalicoCow was the wide range of designs that Jane has created. Far beyond the more traditional cross-stitch sampler-style, these are pieces that are at-home with modern decor, yet have a certain welcome familiarity and nostalgia. I'm particularly thinking of the BEEP BEEP range, which started because of Jane's love of old cars. "It's in the blood thanks to my Dad and brother, who have both owned pre-1965 MGs", she says. "I've gone really retro with my car designs using a mixture of felt, paint and stitching. I love the distinctive look, and they're great for personalising with a number plate." The boy in your life is sure to love the E-type jags, the Beetles, and - for the hippy at heart - the cool camper vans.

Most of Jane's canvasses can be personalised with names, dates, or - for the numerologists amongst us - special numbers. Her best-sellers are her name canvasses which can be personalised with a choice of four icons: boat, butterfly, car, or flower. Textile art has of course been around for centuries - we all know of the Bayeux Tapestry - but CalicoCow designs take this ancient craft and add a modern twist. A case in point is the new version of bunting that Jane's working on: monkey chains. Jane can do these in most colours and they come in packs of five for around £20; they'll be on sale in the next fortnight. "As you can see," she grins, "they get the cat's seal of approval!"

Whilst there's plenty for kids in the YOUNG ONES section, for those of us who prefer not to act our shoe size, the ALL GROWN UP range is full of  designs created using natural fabrics, hand-made felt, and lots of hand stitching, such as the popular Denim Teal canvas which has bleached denim flowers stitched onto to a background, and then individually-created felt flowers stitched onto them. Depending on the colours Jane wants, she uses wool felt or makes her own. Building up the colour matches and layers, combining hand- and machine-stitching is a labour of love, but it seems that Jane just has to create: "Most of my ideas are whirling around my head and I just have to try and get them out." As well as the delicate nature-inspired wall panels in this range, my particular favourites are the corset wall canvasses. The tiny stitching, attention to detail, beautiful colour and fabric combinations, and bead embellishments which make up these unashamedly feminine creations make them a perfect addition to any boudoir. They deserve pride of place in your bedroom and are sure to help unleash your inner Aphrodite.

Check out CalicoCow here, and - if you can't quite find what you're looking for - contact Jane and she'll happily see what she can do. Individually commissioned art from £15 - £100: that's CalicoCow.

BP Gulf oil spill...Ocean water match our blood!!!

Humans were made from ocean. This is one of the greatest secret of creation.

The Pleiadian came and used the energy of hydrogen and oxygen molecules. It is this that you sprang. This is the basic key. This is one of the principles through which you were constructed.

A Bed of Nails for the 21st Century

Posted by ALISON on Saturday, July 17th, 2010 8:59 PM

I love it when the postman rings our doorbell. Not because I've got anything going on with the postman, although he is a nice chap; because it means there's something that won't fit through our letter-box. Most times, it's for me.

Usually when companies send me their products to try out, DH is not really interested. Granted, skincare products and magick workshop CDs are not his scene. I suspect I may not have married him if they were. However, when I nonchalantly mentioned I was being sent a bed of nails to try out, even he paid attention. Perhaps partly because DH is a carpenter and any sentence with the words "nails" or "wood" in it is apparently worth listening to, but also, I think, because he saw real beds of nails in India on his Before I Propose to Alison World Tour in 1999.

The bed of nails has been used in India for relaxation exercises, meditation and yoga for thousands of years. Apparently, the pain relief is due to the pressure from the bed of nails activating the body’s own production of endorphins, ‘natural painkillers’, which are also released during exercise, infatuation, sex, touch, kissing, caressing and when you eat dark chocolate. Endorphins give pain relief and a sense of physical well-being. They can also give a sense of intoxication. But no hangover.

"What, a bed of nails?" DH exclaimed. "I'd love to give that a go." To DH, relaxing, meditating and yoga is Not the Done Thing, but if there's a manly edge to it, a certain amount of discomfort; he's game. I explained that it was an
acupressure mat without metal nails but (before his face fell further) I hastily added that it was covered with spikes and was meant to be "pleasantly uncomfortable". And, to top it all, it's a bestseller from Sweden. DH was keen.

It took about five minutes to follow the instructions and put the mat together without any intervention from DH, creating a green recycled plastic spiked mat of 60×40 cm. The way to use it is to lie on the mat for 20-40 minutes as needed, preferably at least a couple of times a week. As I am trying to get into the habit of meditating and relaxing, I aim to use the Acupressure Mat every day. It should feel ‘nicely painful’ to achieve its effect. I needed to adjust the sensation by putting a towel on the mat to soften the pressure of the spikes; it's okay once you get in position and stay still, but shifting around is a bit uncomfortable. The 1.5 cm high “nails” of the mat have a rounded tip and cannot harm you, and although the first few minutes feel strange, the body does get used to it.

Stress and tension seemed to melt away from me; I think this was a combination of the acupressure aspect, and the ritual involved in taking time to lie down and listen to relaxing music (Calling My Angels), but I enjoyed this completely new sensation. DH didn't read the instructions so skipped the bit about lying on top of a towel or t-shirt. "You liked this?" he muttered, shifting around awkwardly on the mat whilst trying to read The Idle Parent. "Oh yeah," I replied, smugly. "I'm nails, I am."

The Perfect Space

Posted by ALISON on Saturday, July 17th, 2010 2:42 PM

I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to setting standards for myself. I seem to recall my parents saying things like "If something's worth doing, it's worth doing well", which I interpreted as "if you can't do it well, don't bother." Hence, the state of my house.

Perfectionism doesn't just apply to housework and other quantifiable tasks; I also apply it to my spiritual self (nothing like a harsh self-critic to make your soul serene, eh?) ,and this is something I am trying to address.

Often, I have this perfect ideal in my head when it comes to spirituality and wellbeing. That I will greet the sunrise, cross-legged, wearing white, sipping green tea, on a regular basis. That I will create some kind of amazing Book of Shadows full of artwork and poetry in a beautiful leather-bound journal with a little candle wax spilt on the cover. And it is truly awful when I consider meditation. Where is my uninterrupted time? My candle-lit shrine with meaningful statues, pebbles, driftwood? The corner of the garden I've set aside for yoga with a fountain playing and bamboo grasses? I don't have any of these things so I feel like my meditation practice will be hampered in some way. It won't be any good, I think, to just sit in a chair in the dining room while the kids are watching Bagpuss in the other room. I need a crystal, the right kind of incense, a perfect complexion and a calm, radiant glow. So, I don't meditate at all. I leave it for another day, when the conditions are perfect. And my soul suffers.

A meditation space is not going to happen in my house. We don't have a spare room or space for part of a room to be screened off. I have identified one corner that isn't really being used and that's on the landing squeezed between a filing cabinet and the banister, below the loft hatch. I couldn't put anything permanent there as it would have to all be moved whenever DH needs to access the loft, and there would be no privacy in any case.

So I need to be more nomadic about it. I am keen on ritual and sometimes I am able to devote time to inner work, so when that's the case I'll be using music, candles and my new acupressure mat, all of which are portable. If I've got time to look things up I can select a crystal or use particular colours, aromas etc. but try not to feel my work will be inferior if I have to make do with the basics.

More realistically, I need to be able to meditate wherever I am. I am beginning this at home, as that's where I spend a lot of time. Today I played a mid-morning meditation track from Guided Meditations Gold, while washing up, followed by one to increase motivation and inspiration from the same CD. It worked well, and was worth doing. I have often tried to do Zen Housework as I call it, when you try to be in the moment and mindful during mundane tasks, but emptying my mind sufficiently is challenging. Guided meditations give you something to focus on so you don't start mentally recalling what you need to buy at Sainsburys half-way through, and this album has tracks to play at different times of the day, as well as for specific sitatuations, like preparing for a job interview or healing a migraine.

It's crucial for me to begin incorporating different approaches to spiritual work into my daily life, as I'm such an All or Nothing person that if I don't settle for a compromise to my Zen Master attitude to meditation, I'll never do any at all. I just need to remind myself that with meditation, like so many things, only practice makes perfect.

REVELATIONS FROM MY BUTT

Posted by Barbara on Saturday, July 3rd, 2010 9:23 PM

Here I am sitting on an exercise ball because it hurts too much to sit in a chair to type. My body was screaming at me during the whole month of June to pay attention to the way I was doing life; first by a broken tooth, then a root canal and resulting infection, and finally the pain in my butt. Since my butt is speaking the loudest right now, I will share with you its revelation.

After learning from both the massage therapist and chiropractor that my body was experiencing sciatica, I decided to take a look at the underlying spiritual, mental and emotional causes. I went to my trusted resource, Messages from the Body. Here’s what it told me:

The direction I am going is causing deep inner pain, which I don’t want to feel, so I ignore it.

I am experiencing gullibility and being insufficiently critical in my judgment calls by being over-accepting, naïve and suggestible. I am experiencing a fear of money and the future.

Lo and behold – the underlying causes hit home --  right where it hurts. I have been feeling and avoiding an inner pain about the direction of my spiritual practice. My practice runs in peaks and valleys, and of late, it is experiencing a valley. I ignored the pain and the need for spiritual, mental and emotional healing, thinking I needed to do more in the way of broadcasting my services. I made uninformed decisions about my web site and search engine optimization. I spent way too much money without a return on my investments. My concerns have been about money and the future. All of this manifested as a pain in the butt, which I can’t ignore any more. Too bad foresight doesn’t kick in before hindsight.

With this awareness, I decided to stop ignoring what my body was telling me. I decided to practice what I preach and make the changes to the underlying causes. I used Emotional Freedom Technique and my Internal Clutter Busting method. I called on the Angels and the entire Company of Heaven for assistance. This was a big one and I needed all the help I could get.

I acknowledged that I was confused about why I was here and the direction in which I was going – did I misunderstand how I was to use the gifts given to me by Spirit?

The work began. Layers of erroneous beliefs surfaced and were changed. I received revelations, which I share with you here:

Pay attention and heal the underlying cause(s) of negative thoughts and feelings, because they will manifest into something physical -- either a detrimental life experience or an illness.

In my daily life, I have to stop efforting – stop doing and just be the egoless vessel through which God and the Company of Heaven demonstrate. Stop doing things the hard way (that was my father talking). I don’t have to make anything happen. I just get to be the hollow bone through which the Divine can work.

When I am in that sacred place, using the gifts given to me by Spirit, I have no problem being the hollow bone through which the Divine can work. If I allow myself to be that egoless vessel – that hollow bone in my daily life, God will demonstrate for me all the good I desire and deserve.

I was given these decrees to help me change my thinking and my efforting ways:

I AM BEING. And, since I am made in God’s image and I AM is one of God’s names, my other decree is: GOD IN ME IS BEING. This helps me remember that my thoughts, words and feelings are being acted upon by Spirit, and the only doing I have to do is follow Divine guidance.

I hope sharing my story, decrees and lessons learned will benefit you or someone you know. Your own experiences and comments are welcomed below.

If you decide to use these decrees or any others that I post, there is a possibility they may not work if there are sabotaging beliefs at a subconscious level. If this is the case, I invite you to contact me for a free consultation to determine if Internal Clutter Busting training will be helpful.

  • It should be a user friendly application: The application must have a user friendly configuration with simple rule-sets that are easy to comprehend. The flexible program should have features that can be turned on or turned of as and when the work-flow demands.
  • The application platforms should be web-based: The advantage of using web-based platforms is that remote location work force can be contracted, including labor from low wage countries. The operational costs and overheads reduce to a great extent, without the need for setting up an infrastructure.
  • The application should be free of proprietary obligations: The application should be without any proprietary commitments, such applications are expensive and contract terms are set on a long-term basis, requiring the user to pay monthly subscriptions, with monthly maintenance fees added. In many cases the company rents the equipment on a long term contract, that is not only expensive, it may also require the user to compensate the vendor company in case of pre-closure of the contract. It is important to choose a product that can operate on standard equipments using standard servers, without the need for a tie-up with a company that sells proprietary programs.
  • Choosing a one-piece application: There are many companies that sell applications with bits and piece plug-ins, these should be avoided and single applications only should be chosen.
  • Minimal hardware investments: Most digital platforms do not require investments on equipment, except for palm held digital voice recorders. The servers used by the platforms are either remote located or shared. The need for buying and maintaining a server arises only when the volume of documentations are very large running into thousands every hour, and necessitating the need for hiring technical staff to run and maintain the equipment.
  • HIPAA compliant Platforms : The reputed companies that build digital platforms may principally comply with HIPAA regulations, the compliance however is not observed by some companies that have built their own applications and are dependent on email and FTP for data transfer and which does not use the 128 bit encryption or the data transfer is not password protected.
