Sorry, don't buy any of this stuff about a messiah, why is it that so many people want to look for another to help them, save them, or whatever. We are here to learn and grow, and one of the most important things we all need to learn is, that we are the power, not some outside source, not some god-like creature or person who has mighty powers. The power comes from within, NOT without.

What you have described, hearing a voice in your head and then writing is not automatic writing. Automatic writing is when you are in a trance and the pen is moved by spirit, the writing is quick and you wouldn't need to hear it.

It sounds from what you have said that you are channelling information. Suzanne has given you some great advice. Question, spirit will not mind you questioning. If you feel a positive energy with the information, then allow it through, write it or listen and then later, read it through and discern. Ask who or what is giving you the information and why.

I have channelled on and off for over many years and in the beginning, doubted very much. The voice in your head, if different from your own, could be subjective clairaudience. It could be your higher self, or spirit. As I developed my mediumship, I experienced different communications, energies and was given answers to the questions that I asked.

From my experience of working with Spirit Guides is that they are succinct, to the point, and the phraseology is not like yours. Their advice will always feel right, even if sometimes a bit uncomfortable, because they know you life plan and are there to support you through it. Try asking!
